TransformationHelp.org is a public, non-profit foundation dedicated to improving the human condition through personal and organizational transformation. The leaders of the foundation help private and public institutions transform through Corporate Renewal, Turnaround, and Transformation consulting services. We donate some of the profits from our independent commercial activities to TransformationHelp.org. Those donations are used to enable some of the most disadvantaged members of society transform their lives. We have found that many of the same principles that work in successful business transformations help individuals change.

     We also seek, through research and our services, to discover, validate, communicate, and advance the science of human transformation. In pursuit of those objectives, we believe that the human capacity to create is the greatest human virtue and that we will find our highest joy by helping each other create better lives for ourselves, our community, and our world through transformation. We also believe that superlative performance in any field requires ruthless commitment to integrity and truth as we seek to discover and apply the natural laws that govern human progress and happiness.

     The genesis for TransformationHelp.org originated with the transformation that occurred in the life of its Founder, Kip Kreiling. Kip was personally transformed from a juvenile criminal, with debilitating psychosis, anti-social behaviors, and addictions, to a highly successful Fortune 15 executive.
